Featured Band Dec 15th: Order of Nine

Order of Nine

Order of Nine originally formed under the moniker Templar and released “A Touch of Winter’s Discontent” which was quickly picked up by Hellion Records, Germany. After a name change in 2001 and a new release “Of Once and Future Kings” Order of Nine signed a deal with Nightmare Records. They then released their sophomore effort “Season of Reign” along with various tributes including “Rebellion – a tribute to Queensryche” and “Evil Lives – a tribute to Black Sabbath”. Building on the success of the past, Order of Nine released “A Means to Know End” which shot up to #5 on the Amazon Charts and remained in the top 20 for 8 weeks. After a few line-up changes the band is now poised to release it’s most technically proficient CD to date “Seventh Year of the Broken Mirror” in 2011. The Band has shared the stage with the likes of: Metal Church, Symphony X, Cage, Overkill, Fates Warning, and Sonata Arctica, to name a few, as well as many festivals around the globe.  The band is currently playing shows, writing for a new album, filming for plenty of upcoming new media.
