LICANTROPIA

is a melodic death metal band which has different influences, but it shows fast riffs in which reign the melody and harmony between guitars, bass and drums; in the same way the sound of the band has aggressive voices wellknown in Death Metal. The name of the band “Licantropia comes from two greek terms: Lycos: that means Wolf and Anthropos: that means Man. For us the meaning of this word goes beyond the mythical history of the supernatural creature who has the ability of turning into a Werewolf, Licantropia, to us is the fight that we have day by day against ourselves, against our savages instincts, is the beast that dwells within each and every one of us, that beast gets out of control before an specific factor, different for each person, because every one has their own weaknesses.
